Home Depot - Vaughn
Carmanah received a contract from The Home Depot Canada for a 24 kW turnkey grid-tie solar-power system. The system, installed on
the roof of one of its retail stores in Woodbridge, Ontario, is partially funded by PowerStream, the local power distribution company. This is the first Home Depot store in the world to be fitted with a grid-tie solar power system.
Carmanah’s state-of-the-art 24 kW full turnkey grid-tie solar-power system includes web-based monitoring technology that provides live content to a lobby display where visitors can view the system’s energy generation performance in real time.
