Carmanah Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

Carmanah Technologies Corporation (TSX: CMH) (“Carmanah” or the “Company”) today announced the voting results from its annual general meeting held on May 4, 2017.  The shareholders voted on and approved the election of the directors of the Corporation and the reappointment of KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors of the Corporation.
