COVER PHOTO: Hurricane Fabian pasiing over the Bermuda Testbed Mooring (BTM) on September 5, 2003. The black outline indicates the island of Bermuda and the red cross shows the location of the mooring. BTM sensors measuered surface wind speed and direction, relative humidity, solar radiation, barometric pressure, subsurface currents, temperature, conductivity, bio-optical properties and trace metals. This image was provided by the MODIS Rapid Response Team at NASA GSFC. The buoy image was produced by Frank Spada and Don Peters.

BTM features a Carmanah 702 marine navigation light.
