This annual award was presented by the CIE (BC) to recognize British Columbian energy companies that have converted energy-related innovation into business success. Carmanah was selected based in large part on its innovative combination of LEDs, high-efficiency solar power, advanced power storage systems, and intelligent power management in producing a range of products for a wide variety of applications, both domestically and internationally.
