How We’re Responding to COVID-19

As you are aware, COVID-19 has created unprecedented levels of disruption and uncertainty around the globe. In the midst of this, we wanted to let you know about some of the steps we’re taking at Carmanah to help blunt the impact of the virus in our community, while continuing to support you, our valued distributors and customers.

 

Helping limit the spread

As of last week, we have transitioned all our non-production employees to working remotely from home. We believe that social distancing is the most effective line of defense we have against the virus. So our decision to temporarily distance ourselves is in the best interests of our employees, families, and community.

 

Ensuring ‘business as usual’

Despite the physical distance, all of Carmanah’s employees are here to help you with your business. You can rest assured that our team is equipped with all the tools they need to facilitate your orders and answer your questions.

We are also working closely with our supply chain partners to ensure that we can continue to deliver our products with little interruption. At this time, we have no delays in shipping and can produce your orders within our typical lead times. We expect to be able to provide the same standards of attention and timeliness you have come to expect from us going forward.
