Carmanah Receives Contract for Marking Anti-Terrorism Nets

Carmanah Technologies Inc. (Victoria, British Columbia, Canada) received a Navy contact to supply Model 601 solar-powered LED lanterns for marking anti-terrorism nets. Carmanah's marine lanterns will be used on a floating barrier to protect ships while in port. Model 601 LED lantern is the world's most advanced 1- to 2-mile navigational light.

Carmanah Signs Contract to Supply Lights to Kandla, India

Countries around the world, including India, are brighter and safer thanks to products manufactured by Carmanah Technologies Inc. The Victoria-based company designs and manufactures solar-powered LED (light-emitting diode) lights for marking channels, waterways, moored vessels and docks, as well as highlighting hazards and high caution areas on roads, highways and railways. During the Canada Trade Mission to India, Carmanah signed a contract for the sale of 22 of its Model 701 marine lights to the port of Kandla.
