Carmanah Provides Solar Windsock Lighting for US Defense

Carmanah Provides London (UK) Taxi Stops with Solar-Powered Nighttime Illumination

Carmanah's Solar LED Lighting Group has recently provided 50 solar-powered lighting systems for use by the Public Carriage Office (PCO) in London, England, on newly designed taxi stops currently being installed throughout the city. The PCO is the body responsible for licensing taxis within the London metropolitan area.

Carmanah Provides US Marine Corps with Amber 24-Hour Flashers

Carmanah's Solar LED Lighting Group has received and an order from the US Marine Corps (USMC) for an additional 12 units of its R247C solar LED amber 24 hour flasher. These units will be installed at a forward operating base in the Middle East for vehicle, air traffic and pedestrian operations. The US Marine Corps required the amber 24-hour flashers to provide safety and cautionary lighting for moving vehicles and air traffic around pedestrian areas.

Working through an authorized regional distributor, Orion Solar, Carmanah has received an order to supply 40 units of its GI-102 solar-powered LED general illumination product for installation at a mine site in Western Australia. Carmanah Supplies Solar LED Perimeter Marking Lights for Shellfish Farming Operation in British Columbia

Through an authorized distributor, Carmanah's Solar LED Lighting Group has recently supplied a number of its Model M501 solar LED lights for perimeter marking at a shellfish farming operation in British Columbia, Canada. These lights are scheduled for installation approximately 1.5 miles offshore in the Strait of Georgia. Perimeter marking is a very common application for Carmanah's M501 low intensity marine light.
