Carmanah Technologies Corporation (TSX: CMH) (“Carmanah” or the “Company”) today announced the voting results from its annual general meeting held on May 6, 2016.  The shareholders voted on and approved the election of the directors of the Corporation and the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors of the Corporation.
