Carmanah Receives Order for Wireless Airfield Lighting from US Air National Guard

Carmanah has received an order from the US Air National Guard for approximately $42K of its solar-powered LED airfield lights. The order consists of both its A702 IR solar LED airfield lights with infrared output as well as its new A704-5 solar LED airfield lights with centralized wireless control. The US Air National Guard is already using Carmanah's A702-5 airfield lights for "box-and-one" operations.

Carmanah Provides Street Name Signs to Baton Rouge, Lousiana

Carmanah's Solar LED Lighting Group has received an order through its authorized distributor, Temple Inc. for more than 30 units of its Model R409 LED internally-illuminated street-name signs. These signs will be installed throughout the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and will replace existing, older fluorescent technology. Carmanah Receives Additional Order for Taxiway Lights from US Air Force

Carmanah's Solar LED Lighting Group has received an additional order from the US Air Force for 72 taxiway lights and corresponding mounting accessories. These lights are scheduled for installation at a remote training location in the continental United States. For this particular installation, the US Air Force required taxiway lighting at a remote landing area for covert and overt training operations.

Carmanah Receives Order from Exxon Mobil for Airfield Lighting in Africa

Carmanah's Solar LED Lighting Group has received an order valued at more than $330,000 from Exxon Mobil to supply an expedited airfield lighting system for an airfield in Chad, Africa. This system is comprised of Carmanah's Model A704-5 runway lights with wireless control, Model A601 taxiway lights, as well as the frangible bases and mounting hardware necessary for installation. Exxon Mobil did not have access to grid power out to this particular airfield in Chad.

Carmanah Receives Additional Order from US Marine Corps for Portable Airfield Lights

Carmanah has received and additional order from the USMC (US Marine Corps) for more than 600 units of its solar-powered LED portable airfield lights and related accessories. These units will be installed at a US air base in the Middle East. US airfields in the Middle East typically have no existing infrastructure or power sources to run traditional hard-wired airfield lighting.

Carmanah Provides LED Edge-Lit Signs to a Harrah’s Property Hotel in Louisiana

Carmanah has received an order from Horseshoe Bossier City, a deluxe hotel in Louisiana, for over 50 units of its color changing table limit signs. The signs will be installed on various game tables throughout the hotel's casino. Horseshoe Bossier City, a Harrah's property, is 25 stories high and contains 606 luxurious suites.
