Ontario School Board Powers Up with Carmanah for an Additional Solar Grid-Tie System

    VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA (April 26, 2011) Carmanah Technologies has been awarded a second contract by the Greater Essex County District School Board (GECDSB) of Windsor, Ontario, Canada to provide a solar photovoltaic (PV) system on the new Tecumseh School. The Carmanah solar rooftop ballasted PV system, valued at approximately $580,000 (CDN), will install on the Tecumseh Vista Academy, the School Board’s first K-12 School.
