Equipped with the same high-intensity LEDs found in our best-selling Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) lightbars, LED stop sign and warning sign systems increase rates of driver compliance. Powered by the most efficient solar engine on the market, our technically engineered LED enhanced signs are made from sturdy aluminum, UV resistant material and third-party tested for durability and reliability. The intelligent energy management system (EMS) enables peak efficiency in a fully integrated low-profile, weather-proof design.
LED enhanced flashing signs are adaptable and can be used in combination with our flashing beacons or RRFB systems. The signs can be powered by any of our solar/AC energy systems, including the R920, R820, R829, and R247 series. The powerful LEDs are highly directional and night dimming enabled. There are seven adjustable pre-defined flash patterns available, and multiple programming operations including pedestrian activation, passive activation, calendar function, and 24-7.
For vulnerable roadways like school zones, crosswalks, and unsignalized intersections, LED enhanced flashing sign systems are an affordable and adaptable solution. Installing LED enhanced signs improves driver response times, especially during bad weather and poorly lit conditions. Other possible locations include parks, playgrounds, shopping malls, airports, and hospitals, or wherever compliance is low, the signage is new, or numerous collisions have occurred in the past.
